Large agricultural areas can now be covered with the implementation of ToooAir Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PTToC) dedicated radios. Unlike traditional analogue radios which offer line of site communications the PTToC radios can connect into the powerful Telstra cellular network of 9000 repeater stations across Australia. The External antenna on the dedicated radios offer the additional range required for the rural communities and farms further abroad then the country towns. The system is not fixed to a single geo-location and is accessible from anywhere in Australia under the cellular network. For farmers travelling from town-to-town no matter the distance the ToooAir radio will still be operable.
